I have been buying Chicago House since 1986 and to list them would take me weeks BB. The legends like Marshall Jefferson, Frankie Knuckles, Adonis, Joe Smooth, Larry Heard, Robert Owens, On the House, Mr Lee, Pierre and Hot Mix 5 were the ones I first got hold of. All the artists from Trax and House Sound of Chicago labels really but if House is not your thing then do not worry about it at all. I just thought of you because it's where you are living.

No, I looovvve house music. Unfortunantly, I would be that annoying person who would come to your booth like, "You know that song!" "The one that goes, dit dit do dit di do dit ditty do!" "Play that one." "It's my favorite!" I don't know the names of any house tracks unless French Kiss qualifies. Is there a such genre as euro house?

If you refer to French Kiss by little louis YES that counts, that's a classic cut in most peoples book. Euro House is a term that I have not encountered much to be honest. I assume it's European House which is really broad because that would include so many different styles. Are there any web-based radio stations in Chicago that you know of. I could listen to something like that on-line and find some new stuff that way.

Power 92 is one. (92.3 fm) 107.5 wgci is another, but they are mostly r&b/hip hop stations that speradically play house music mostly during drive times. Mornings on the way to work and in the evening on the way home or on Friday nights. Power 92.3 more so than gci. I'll check into it for you though and get back.
