eleven days on bread and water
I started this diet about eleven days ago now and it's been an experience i will not forget. I am not sure how much longer I can continue with it but I am trying to hold out for a while so I can understand how all those people who are suffering feel. The first few days were not too bad but after 4 or 5 days I was really hungry and the stomach pains were really bad. Bread does not satisfy alone. It does not seem to be enough to stop the body demanding more and the messages from the brain do not request more bread. The message from the brain is get some decent food now and it over rides all other thoughts after a while and it's so hard to feel any motivation at all when energy levels are so low. I will stop this excercise if I start to get ill but right now it's just really uncomfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10 my mood is at a low of 2 so the zero mark can not be far away in time.
