How do you stay organized? Simple . . . by not getting in a mess to start with. A place for everything and everything in it's place. Do it yesterday not tomorrow. End of story.

Having just left Indonesia behind me where the temperature in places like Bali can only be described as really very HOT I am struggling to get used to little england's autumn, the temperature last night dropped to 4 degrees and so it's just days away before we reach freezing and sub zero temps in the UK. It's so damn cold, now where's my gloves!

It's not fair damn it. I was awake before dawn, I worked hard all day, I did weights, I went on a bike ride, I did yoga and still I only get one hour sleep. I'm gonna sulk for at least 25 seconds now ; ] damn it damn it damn it, why can't I just be normal like my mother always wanted me to be !
