The funkcartel got their name through various means, anagrams of names and albums but most of all because of the styles we played out in the bars and clubs. The 5 tracks I am about to load up sort of define what we did as dj's. Tracks are as follows.
Lost Tribe, Give Me A Smile - Will Bates, All You Gotta Do is Love Me - Static Avenger, Happy People - From the Crate, Hangin Out and last but not least, Must Be The Music, I have no idea who it is by though, it's a White Label Pre- Release Promo with no information on it whatsoever, take a guess and if by chance you know who made it, let me know please.
I will load up some deep house soon which defines what I tend to play out as a solo dj which is far more underground and far more progressive in style.
