I love it when the rain falls and true to form I went out this morning to get soaked and feel the drops on my skin. It's a sensual experience that I enjoy each and every time. As I stood staring at the clouds in the sky and the streams in the streets, a thought crossed my mind. That thought provoked a train of thought in my mind. I was about to return home to find shelter and put on some clean dry clothes but I wondered what the rain is like for the homeless. I imagined it would be far from a sensual experience for them as they have no shelter and most would certainly not have a change of clothes. What could I do about that ? Not much really - but I thought I could do something - So that's what I choose to do - something. I came home and went through my wardrobe and decided that I would give half of my clothes away. I'm taking them to a charity shop just up the road today so maybe the next time it rains in little england, someone out there living on the streets will to be able to change their clothes to keep dry. Maybe some mother living on the line will be able to give her son something different to wear without spending any money, I don't know, something like that I hope. I do know it's not much - but it is something.

]]>I do not often remember dreams and nightmares very well if at all. I do dream though and frequently. This morning was an exception. I woke up in a manic panic mode straight from the height of the nightmare. I could not breath and I felt scared with a racing heart. When i calmed down and contemplated the dream I had one conclusion.
I am so glad to be alive.
