nightmares - so glad to be alive

I do not often remember dreams and nightmares very well if at all. I do dream though and frequently. This morning was an exception. I woke up in a manic panic mode straight from the height of the nightmare. I could not breath and I felt scared with a racing heart. When i calmed down and contemplated the dream I had one conclusion.
I am so glad to be alive.

you stopped going down the pub every friday night and choose to stay home instead.... when you prefer to read stephen hawking books instead of arena and playboy...... when you want a child called jade more than anything else in the world...... when you get more enjoyment out of hearing a child laughing than you ever did when you reached the bottom of a jack daniels bottle........ to be continued................feel free to add a line or two of your own
